Our biscuits are handmade so there may be small variations in colour and design.
We use royal icing for decoration which contains icing sugar, dried egg whites and food colouring.
Our Gingerbread biscuits contain wheat flour, brown sugar, golden syrup, ground ginger and cinnamon, butter and bicarbonate of soda (best before date three months).
Our biscuits are suitable for vegetarians but are not gluten or dairy free and should be kept in a cool place.
Allergens: Biscuits contain gluten, milk (dairy), wheat and egg. Although they do not contain nuts our bakery is not a nut free environment so there may be traces of nut elements.
